ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, installing, or using the SongIQ mobile application ('App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ('Terms') in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, please delete the App from your device immediately. 2. LICENSE AND USAGE RIGHTS The Company grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App. 3. ACCOUNT SECURITY You may need to create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. 4. CODE OF CONDUCT The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension: - Engaging in illegal activities. - Harassing, threatening, or using hate speech involved other users. - Using cheats, bots, or automated software. - Damaging the App's servers or infrastructure. - Sharing obscene or inappropriate content. 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software on the App are the property of SongIQ or its licensors and are protected by international copyright laws. 6. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS We may offer in-app purchases (Virtual Items, Subscriptions). All purchases are final and subject to the refund policies of the respective platform (Apple App Store, Google Play Store). The Company reserves the right to change prices for virtual items without prior notice. 7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The App is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE'. The Company does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the App. 8. TERMINATION We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. 9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts of Istanbul shall have exclusive jurisdiction. 10.
